$75.00 yearly non-refundable (per student)

Kindergarten: additional tuition is $200 more per year (or $20 more per month if paying monthly). Example: 1st child $2,800.00 per year.

Full tuition paid by July 13th is subject to 5% discount.

Regular monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month (August – May) and are payable by check or cash. Once child starts attending class, the yearly tuition is due even if a child withdraws during the year. The monthly payments are a convenience for payment.

Late fee applied after the 5th of each month –8%

Additional late fee applied after the 10th of each month – 8% (All fees and tuition must be paid by 15th of the month for student attendance

Full fee due by August 15th each year enrolled.  After August 15th, there is an 8% increase in the amount due.

 All monthly curriculum fees are due by the 1st – 5th of each month (August – May) and are subject to change.

Students who exceed the expected pace on curriculum will incur additional curriculum fees.  WOLCA has no intent on profiting from the additional fee, therefore, you only pay for what your student uses is an average rate of $4.00 per book.

Homeschooled students have a choice of either using curriculum purchased through Word of Life Christian Academy or providing your own curriculum for the year.

Additional Fees Possible

Cap and Gown Fee:  $45.00 (if participating in graduation ceremony)

Assessment Testing Fee:  $45.00 (every other year requirement)

Return Check Fee:  $40.00
